OhKnow is dedicated to bringing its audience, evidence based information. We enjoy creating a transparent, engaging yet educational format for any learner, so they are informed about how to make wise choices surrounding their health. 

There are two sessions that OhKnow offers. Sexual Health which emphasizes the importance of sexual risk avoidance (abstinence) versus sexual risk reduction. We educate on what STDs are and how they can directly effect your overall health. Reproductive Health covers the first day of the menstrual cycle and its direct relationship in reproduction, while walking the audience through all the stages of development, highlighting all major milestones. Our most common settings tend to be in a classroom, partnering with school districts in Dallas/Ft. Worth, however OhKnow has an audience that also expands into private settings, as well as youth groups and/or camps.
